So last year when another potential patio home buyer contacted us, we worked together to match her needs up with the best choices for a new construction patio home. The final decision came down to two patio home communities: one with a more affordable patio home, but with significantly less social offerings, or Heritage At Miami Bluffs.
Ultimately the overall community offerings of Heritage At Miami Bluffs won out. Final selections were made the building process rapidly progressed.
Last week we met for the final orientation with the builder. A few minor things to correct before closing, but overall the home was looking great thanks to the buyer's excellent choice in finishing touches! Today, our buyer got the keys to her new home! We appreciate the opportunity to have been her real estate guide through the process.
