Being a real estate agent in the Danbury is more than just helping buyers going into town and showing nice houses. Home sellers typically have a representative to work on their behalf, market the house and bring the sellers to the closing table. There are several things to consider when looking for a real estate professional to represent thing to ensure that the home sellers have a smooth transaction. Sellers should choose the individual that is most qualified and experienced to represent the property, not a brand new agent. It comes down to more than just the agents valuation of the real estate that is being sold; but an explanation of the overall market & breakdown of the comparable properties. We must compare apples to apples when coming up with a fair value for your largest investment, your home. Over the years, I have done many extra things to home sellers.
-Address permit issues
-Organize the home from top of bottom for photos
-Revamped marketing plan and resulted in closing where several other real estate pros did get bring the home to a closing
-Lined up contractors, handyman , cleaning people to do some repairs for out of areas home sellers
-Explained and guided home-sellers through the selling process than haven't moved in over 30 years
-Shoveled driveway and paths so the house can be shown/inspected and buyers could do final walk-through prior to closing
-Assisted clients on getting the highest price for their home that the neighborhood has had it several years
