What Do YOU Bring When Door Knocking?

A common question asked by real estate agents is: What should I bring when I go door knocking? 

The answer differs from agent to agent, but typically these items are what we would recommend.

1. Your Business Card

Because they'll need your contact information to call you back when they decide to sell their home, or buy a new one! 

2. Listing Postcards

There should be a reason you are door knocking, wether it be a recently sold property or a property that is fresh on the market. Maybe you have an open house coming up? Leave a flyer with those you speak to!

3. Your Own Personal Flyers

You should always bring one flyer, and only one flyer. If you want to create the image that you are in demand, only bring ONE, and this gives you an excuse to get their contact information!
