Are you texting too much? Although the smart phone is an important real estate tool for the Realtor and for all of us. There are times where one just has to STOP and put away the phone. Here are some warning signs that might make you think twice about texting.

If you would like to talk to God, come in, choose a quiet place, and talk to Him. If you would like to see God, send him a text while driving."
Yes, as Realtors, we all get tempted to pick up that ringing phone or read the text message while we drive to the next appointment. My advice.....Don't do it!
Believe me when I say, the call or text will wait until a safe time.
Texting While Driving
Have you missed exits while talking on the photo or keeping your eyes on a text message you are expecting. That is a bad sign
Bad things can happen if you text and drive- Pay Attention!
Another word of advice? Don't try even to park your yellow car while on cell phone...You may regret it later
