Jeremiah 5:1
“If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city.”
If you are reading this at a time in the world that it seems like people are getting worse, where there are riots, murders, others harming a bashing others verbally none stop online… You may be thinking where is God in this. The world is for sure getting worse.
The truth is the world is getting better. Worldly ways of people have always been there. As this scripture says at the time the Lord was in search of just one person in the Jerusalem that was dealing honestly and seeking the truth. Just one. Now there are more and more people who are honest, who seek the truth and who seek GOODNESS. We need to expand this to more people. Its up to you and I to advance the KINGDOM of God! We don’t do that by gossip and complaining.
We do that by seeking good in others. Helping them see it their self and as we shine the light of Christ in us and do good, seek truth, share truth and encourage others to do the same - each household can soon have at least one person who also deals honestly and seeks truth.
LORD EACH DAY YOUR WORD INSPIRES ME TO DEAL HONESTLY, SEEK THE TRUTH, AND SHARE YOUR GOODNESS WITH OTHERS. THANK YOU FOR PUTTING IT ON MY HEART TO EXPAND YOUR KINGDOM!
