I grew up loving Christmas, my parents were always overboard when it came to decorating the Christmas Tree and loading it with presents under the tree.
Keep in mind I was living in a Communist Country and they could not say it was Christmas. They had to say "uncle winter" bought these presents to me. They could not say Merry Christmas they had to say Happy Holidays.... that was sixty years ago... find it ironic that here we are sixty years later in a Democratic Country and we have to say Happy Holidays.... is that progress?? Or are we regressing??
This post is not about Politics it is about how special Christmas is to me and many of my readers. They are all about enjoying the holidays and giving gifts to their friends, family and clients. This Christmas was a bit different, thanks to Social Distancing, Government Regulations in California and Los Angeles. In spite of all this we managed to have a very Merry Christmas.
My friends here on Active Rain have been very supportive of my favorite Holiday, Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker challenged us to write three post to celebrate this Holiday. I would have been remiss if I did not participate by writing three posts.
We can make excuses, in all fairness I have been lucky to be so busy this time of year. Just to give you an idea today I was showing my Condo and then stood in line for getting Sushi & Sashimi at my favorite Asian Store and still managed to write this third post to keep my word to Carol Williams and Anna Banana Kruchten CRS CRB, Phoenix Broker about participating.
