Having buyers in the current real estate environment can be challenging, and takes a lot of patience. You may not get your first home you write a contract on, and maybe not the third either. There are multiple offers on almost every property, so buyers need to make their best offer!
These buyers are very special to me, as I have known the woman for at least 15 years since her parents were past clients. It is such a joy watching the kids grow into adults and now assist them with their first home.
They began their journey believing they wanted new construction but got very nervous after talking to sales reps and learning after they originally got pre-approved through their lender, if the rates went up, and they were not comfortable with the house payment, they would lose their deposit if they walked away. This townhome was built in 2017, so feels almost new.
This townhome was just perfect, and the homeowners added many upgrades throughout the home, and have taken meticulous care of their home. Buyers are over the top elated!
