Riviera, Bullhead City Area, AZ

Community and Real Estate Information

Riviera is a neighborhood on the outskirts of Bullhead City, Arizona. The town is situated on a U-shaped peninsula at a large bend in the Colorado River, immediately across from the several large casino complexes on the opposite bank. The area is one of the city's three original neighborhoods, which were designed and established in 1984. Riviera is now predominantly a residential section of the region, with a substantial majority of the city's inhabitants residing there. As a result, the neighborhood has been adequately developed to assist the numerous families who live in the area. Residents of the suburb have access to schools, public parks, shopping centers, commercial districts, and much more. Riviera is a great place to live if you're searching for a family-friendly community where you can move in and stay for a long time.

Riviera real estate consists of a mix of high-end and low-cost properties located throughout the peninsula. The majority of the residences were built in the 1980s and 1990s, but there are a few custom projects, including a few low-density apartment buildings, that were recently erected. The majority of the homes in the region were built during Riviera's original housing boom in the 1980s. These homes range in price from $70,000 to $250,000 and feature two or three bedrooms, as well as 700 to 2,500 square feet of living space. Classic ranch-style designs with a lengthwise build running from the front to the back of the home lot characterize these home constructions. With a roofed patio on one side and a big carport on the other, both sides are left reasonably open. Riverfront residences are the most expensive in the area, with modest docks in their backyards providing direct access to the river. These homes are normally built in the same style as the other homes in the neighborhood, but often have a tiny dock where you can moor your boat or jetski.
