I don't know about you, but since Covid hit, or people starting quitting their jobs or working from home, or mask mandates were added or subtracted - whatever it is -- the world of customer service has been altered. There may be longer waits, reduced services, more instant food, fewer incentives, higher prices for a lower-quality product, and so forth. It all boils down to LESS.
With the slight shift in the Real Estate market, the switch to higher interest, combined with the myriad of services one can shop for, we'd like to talk with you about concierge service. Specifically, concierge service in regards to buying or selling your home, maintaining or preparing your home for sale, or perhaps moving and relocation.
You see, there's a lot of buzz out there to be the fastest, or the cheapest, or the biggest team, or...or...or. My own physician went into concierge service several years back so she could spend more time with each client and really know them. Ever feel like a number at the medical center? I'm sure we all have.
Our clients aren't numbers. They aren't one size fits all. Each comes with their own hopes and dreams, their individual credit histories and financial outlooks, and the ability (or not) to fix, clean, maintain - the many, many facets of home ownership. They are folks possibly making the biggest financial decision of their life - and we wish to be part of that.
