Thursday March 23rd, Coldwell Banker in Austin will be holding an agent panel discussing agent best practices in the Austin Board Of Realtors Meeting Room. It's a good way to share and discuss the array of Coldwell Banker tools at our disposal and share what specifically works for us.
I’m excited to be included in the group of panelists and know we will learn from each other and through audience participation.
Covering an array of topics will be beneficial: How do we prepare for a listing? Do you do a one or two step listing appointment and why? What are your most successful branding techniques? How do you prospect? What tool is the most effective? It's going to be a fun and eventful learning experience! Knowledge is power!
