America's Song - Free download on Oprah's site! Hurry!

"America's Song"

Written by David Foster and Will.I.Am, (don't ask me, it's his name!), "America's Song" is absolutley beautiful, and wonderfully performed by Faith Hill, Bono, Seal, and Mary J. Blige. The performers debuted the song on Oprah's show yesterday, and it Microphone on stage was offered for free download for 24 hours. After that, it was removed from Oprah's site. I know this, because after my Mom called to tell me about it, I forgot to download it, and when I went back, it was gone. Some three million people downloaded the song yesterday!

The music video was shown on the Oprah Show today, (brought tears to my eyes...), and it has been offered again for download. It will be available on her site until tomorro, Thursday, January 22, at 9PM Central time. If you haven't downloaded it yet, go get it!

Sharon, Yeah, i love it! Strawberry dacquiri has 4,000 calories. Much better choice. LOL

Good Morning Debi-So how many in those tequilas you were slugging? :-) I have never actually had a strawberry dacquiri or a Pina Colada. Used to drink fuzzy navels or bloody mary's but know can't drink either one. Doesn't like the stomach. Guess I'd have to been the gal on the beach chair drinking ginger ale. The weather here has been cold and windy in the teens and single digits which is cold for here. I lived most of my life in NY(about half hr from the Canadian border where we would have snow for 6 mo and every year with temps in -20 for a week at a time several times thruout the winter. Can't say I miss that. Just one trace of snow this winter and none for the other 2 that I 've been here. So I'm liking that a lot. Have a great day and I'll chat again soon.
