About Our Team:
More experience, more care, more attention, more organization. We are the ones to help you get serious about buying, selling, or investing in Flagstaff residential real estate. Ann and the Buyer Specialists on our team are all college graduates and each of us has real estate education above and beyond the essential licensing requirements. Ann is a Certified Residential Specialist as well as a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute and an Accredited Buyer Representive. Ann has a law degree from her undergraduate alma mater, the University of Chicago. She practiced law for 23 years before deciding she didn't want to travel away from Flagstaff so often as required by that work. Tina Sutton has a masters degree in applied anthopology and the GRI and ABR designations. She is a graduate of the Flagstaff Leadership Program and her prior career involved work for the Governor's office throughout Northern Arizona. Patty Peck comes to us from 20 years of state government service and has earned her e-Pro® and Accredited Buyer Representatives designations. Lori Couture is our Client Services and Business Development Coordinator. Lori has a background in marketing, management, teaching, and website development. She earned her B.S. B.A. in computer information systems and M.Ed. in educational technology from Northern Arizona University. Lori is a long-time Flagstaff resident and earned her real estate license about 18 months ago. Lori will be assisting Ann in marketing and serving our seller-clients. In addition, we employ a variety of associates to help us serve our clients.
