seller concession: Cash Investors in Michigan- You can use 3% seller concession on HUD homes to pay for Owners Title Policy - 01/26/10 03:39 PM
Many Michigan agents and investors are not aware that while HUD will not include Title Insurance for investor purchased HUD foreclosure properties, you can always include in your offer a 3% seller concession, which can be used toward the purchase of Title Insurance from your title agency of choice.
You must include the 3% seller concession in your original offer.
