business plan: Are you running your real estate career...

As a business or just running as fast as you can hoping that it is working? I hope that your answer isn't the latter! As a trainer and coach for agents, too many times I discover that they know it is a business , try to set it up to run like one, but never quite get it. You can't build a beautiful well built home without a blueprint so what makes you think that you can build a successful real estate career without one? My advice for 2010, get a business plan in place now and then write the action … (3 comments)
I love to learn and share ideas and this blog is for those who are learning based as well. It is also a place where consumers can go to learn information from top agents in our area. Ask questions or give advice.....
