Ed and I were invited to Dinner by Owner/Developer Steve Phinny at  the Luxury Development of Saguaro Ranch.
We just wanted to share our experience with you and  how the development is progressing.
The food that was provided that evening was beautifully prepared, and was delicious. Like most real estate agents we eat out at a lot of restaurants, but very few have the ambiance of McClintocks at Saguaro Ranch. The Restaurant had just opened this year, and attention to detail has been given on every turn, from the old wood flooring, to the outside porch, and the roof deck restaurant. I am doing my best to ensure that I give something of value when I post on the Blog so I hope you all agree!!!
I don't have too much time for writing but here we go......
I recently met with one of Tucson's top Architects, Kevin Howard, to commence plans on a few spec homes that will be going into production in the gated community of Butterfly Mountain, Marana, Arizona. The community is adjacent  to the Dove Mountain Community, the new Tapestry Community, and Sahuaro Ranch Communities in Marana. The Street of Dreams will be opening in the area in February of next year.

Dove Mountain Gets Ritzy! - 10/20/07 05:16 PM
The long talked about development of a Ritz Carlton in Dove Mountain has officially been confirmed by the The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC.
The rumor mill among Tucson residents, Tucson Realtors and Tucson Investors and has been the worst-kept secret in Pima County.
When finished, the 850 acre Dove Mountain development will feature Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, a 250 room hotel and spa, and around 350 private residences.
What does this mean for Dove Mountain, and the surrounding Marana and Oro Valley areas?
