Flagstaff City Staff has been busy developing revisions to the Flagstaff Land Development Code which will encourage Traditional Neighborhood Development or "New Urbanism." TND is like the old neighborhood you wish you grew up in --- a mix of residential, commercial, park and government space, where residents can walk to most activities.
