INDYMAC is not taking new apps or funding any loans with MI - 07/08/08 12:47 PM
Realtors and lenders must beware Indymac denied funding a loan after docs were signed and escrow was waiting for funds. My escrow co was told that all files with MI IndyMac will not be funding.
The INDYMAC office says they will only be funding files with minimum of 20% down payments.
Make sure if you have any loans with Indymac transfer them to another lender.
