search: Take on the Upcoming year for the housing market. - 01/18/08 01:27 AM
I am curious to see what real estate professionals see 2008 holding for the housing market across the country.  Many areas have still remain untouched, i.e New York City, but the majority have seen major drops in value and increase in inventory.  I believe that the market as a whole will start to recover in late 2008 but I think that it is very hard to generalize due to the fact that real estate is very regional and for someone to say that we will be in a slump until 2009 is being ignorant to that fact. I am the CEO of … (4 comments)

There are many things wrong with searching for real estate on the internet.         1.  There is not one site that displays all types of property listings.         2.  Many classified sites charge for uploading listings.        3.  There is not a site that offers a social network and feedback system of buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders and investors.  I want to know what you the user want in a real estate search and social networking site!  You are the ones who are going to be using our site and we want to know how we can improve your overall experience.   … (0 comments)
