Increases in residential construction spending, previously-occupied home sales, and pending home sales are more signs that the housing market is recovering from the recession. That represents good news for realtors, builders, buyers, and sellers, too. The US Census Bureau is reporting that private residential construction spending rose by 1.8% in January.
