Being an independent contractor (agent) gives me more flexibility in scheduling my days, weeks and sometimes as far as a month or even a few months ahead. Or so I thought.

We may have clients that ‘come back’ to us to sell their home after originally purchasing their home through us. OR…We may have clients we never see or hear from again. Needless to say, there will be those that we make a lasting impression on, who not only purchase a home but refer other people to us. A healthy business cycle. I’m looking for answers regarding IDX sites and incorporating the home search into my existing website. As it stands, I embed the html code into an iframe (per ihouse instructions) and it enables those on my website to Search for Hawaii Homes. The IDX is straight from our MLS but I have to be honest here. This particular home search (ihouse) has not given back but a few leads and these leads (though I follow up) have not produced any ‘real’ clients.
