By popular demand and special request from one of our northern Michigan friends I took a trip through Coconut Point which includes The Coconut Point Mall, The Residences at Coconut Pointand Rapallo. A buyer of one of the condos (which are mixed use and built at the mall) lives thousands of miles away and wants to see what stage the development is in. Who hasn't seen that "Just Reduced" headline? It's thrown around the MLS, print adds, blogs, websites, yard signs and it means the same thing on every forum:
