If you don't know who WCI communities is, they're a publicly traded home building company with a whole set of issues to big for this little blog. Aquatic plant control. It's hotter than heck here part of the year and our lakes and ponds need maintained to not get out of control. I'm sure there are some that are "exotic" and have to be removed, too.
I see the aquatic trucks and boats all over Bonita Springs, but I never knew what they did. They're those little flat bottom fishing boats with shallow drafts, like a Carolina Skiff.
Well, I still don't actually know what they do ... still.

The phone rings or I get an email about once a week now with a "homeowner" on the line wondering - how's the market doing? The person is usually just vague enough sounding for me to start "doing the math" right then and there.
They usually share the have a home or condo in Bonita Springs or Estero. City wide market reports are of no help, specifically where homes or condos in newer communities are located.
