Detroit is in s horrible state - they cant even give away the homes! I think they put do something and offer some sort of incentives or credit!

I heard on the radio. Good news for investors and will keep everything moving steadily (builders, worker force) while the housing market slow down levels... What do you see happening with the people that are entering foreclosure or possible foreclosure? What plans are out there for them? Restructuring their current loan or refi? Also, what about consumer home loans? Do you see changes coming to the types of loans out there so it won't be so hard for middle americans to qualify for a home loan? Are Lenders going to re-think their loan programs? Christine
