In the video below I describe how searching zillow for the 55401 zip code which inclued North Loop Condos and Lofts could mean you are going to miss out on your dream home. In the example I use and as of the date of the video there were 78 properties for sale in the 55401, zillow had 73 and some of those aren't even for sale. Huh?
