Who’s on your Real Estate Team? My personal opinion is that real estate “teams”, meaning a group of 2 or more agents operating their real estate business as a “team”, is not something I am comfortable with, it is not my style. Your real estate team should function much like a softball team. You are the pitcher, on the mound surrounded by the other players, catcher (your Realtor®), first base (Lender), second base (Title company) and third base (inspectors: home, well, septic, radon, etc.). Day 2 - My Journey to Stop SmokingThe first week with Chantix is a week of preparation. I am getting my head into it, my thoughts are more positive than I expected. “Soon I won’t be doing this.... wow, the money I can save, no more standing outside in freezing temps just to have a smoke! ….
