In today's economy deciding where to spend your hard earned money has become more important than ever.  So when friends told me that a new restaurant had opened in my hometown I was ready to check it out.

My 2nd visit to the Double Yolk Pancake House & Restaurant in Aurora, IL was even better than my original visit.  Opened only a couple of months the Double Yolk located on at 1555 Butterfield Road off Farnsworth Avenue is a pleasant surprise in today's franchise heavy restaurant market.

Located on the far south side of Naperville and 33 miles west of Chicago - Tall Grass subdivision boasts a variety of price poings for the discerning buyer.

Currently there are 29 active listings ranging in price from $459,000 to a high of $1,250,000 for a 4 bedroom, 5.1 bath home with 4 car garage.

Situated on Route 59 this subdivision of aproximatley 1085 homes is located within the city limits of both Aurora and Naperville and in the Indian Prairie school district 204.  A golf club community with the prestigious White Eagle Golf Club and its 27 hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course homes range from the 300's to over a million.

2nd City Keeps Ahead of 2010 - Aurora IL Market Report - June 2011 - 07/06/11 04:00 PM
The City of Lights is just keeping ahead of 2010 sales figures as we enter the 2nd half of the year.  Without the 1st time home buyer's incentive that is saying a lot.  With the most affordable housing stock in the area Aurora IL YTD sales are slightly ahead of 2010.
