March came in like a Lion and leaves like a Lamb...or vice versa. The market is definitely moving but perhaps not as fast or in the direction we want. oswego market activity: June Market Activity - Oswego, IL - Ahead Still in 2010

We are still ahead of 2009 numbers year to date in Oswego. In the attached family homes we are almost double the closings from 2009. With 6 months left of the year hopefully the trend continues and we lower the inventory and start seeing stabilization in prices.
