When a Realtor or agent asks you if you have been pre-approved instead of being upset that someone would dare not believe you when you say "I can afford it" be glad that you are dealing with a professional that wants to make sure that you will not end up with disappointment when they show you a home out of your price range.

After waiting over 3 months for a short sale approval it never seems to amaze me how a Buyer could in one fell swoop lose it all! I just got word that one of my pending approved short sales has lost its buyer due to the buyer's inability to get a mortgage! How can that happen?
