I am hearing people, people being realtors, consumers, "EXPERTS" saying the short sale market and REO market in areas I service is dead! Really? Well on a lot of fronts I wish that was the case, but the truth is altough we have had a major run up in pricing in areas I service in Santa Clarita Va...
