At last, we are getting some great Sunny and warm temperature here in New York this week. The forecast says 70s today. New Yorkers are excited and we are too. We have been so busy running around town and I apologize for not staying in touch with the rainers. From what I have read, seems all rainers are selling across the country and good inventory is very low. This is all very good news!
I wish everyone a great productive week and go sell some houses! :-)

Many of my out of town buyers have often seen 'SPONSOR' unit Co-Ops, I thought it will be helpful to create a post so everyone can understand the difference between a traditional Co-Op and a Sponsored Co-Op apartment.

As a New York City Manhattan agent, we actually are not part of the NAR, so I have no idea NAR convention was this week otherwise i would have gone just to network and meet some of the faces/person behind some of these genius blogs!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yes...! $12 Million and plus! A Rod now is on the market as a buyer and a seller.
According a source, A Rod is putting his Park Ave apartment on the market so he can hunt for another fancy apartment near Madonna. Please check out his apartment photos noted that there is a valvet red power room... (I like it very much, but didnt know that ARod has such taste!)... :)
In case you were wondering... this apartment is on the market for rent for $50,000 per month!
