The Boynton Beach Real Estate Market continues to show that when homes are priced right, they sell. Even in these times of low inventory, overpricing a home will just cause it to sit. Overall, the total number of closed sales in Boynton Beach was up this month over last; however, prices across the board for both single family homes as well as attached homes were down slightly.
