Friars Hollow is a condominium complex at the far west end of Mission Valley in San Diego, California, which means that it is within walking distance of Sea World and Fiesta Island in Mission Bay.
There are 32 units in Friars Hollow ranging in size from 768 square feet to 1,139 square feet, with floor plans from one bedroom and one bathroom to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. To the best of my knowledge, all units have laundry facilities.
HOA fees are $275 to $310 per month.
As of July 1, 2009, there was only one unit for sale in Friars Hollow:
5750 Friars Road, Unit 106 - $332,0001,018 square feet2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms With only thirty-two units, finding one in Friars Hollow can be difficult. Prior to Unit 106 coming on the market in January 2009, the most recent sales were two units back in 2006.
