While You Were Away
Let me say that I am glad that Active Rain is up and operating again. I enjoy the interactions with business partners as well as potential customers on the outside blog or localism. There is a lot to learn and enjoy on the Active Rain Real Estate social network.
While you were away Active Rain my business kept going as usual and my calendar was full or should I say my hands. I had to work out the details of two closings which once or twice it would have been nice to share these details with the online community; you know moral support and ecnouragement that we all derive from our rain buddies. Facebook did help to fill in the gap and, if we are not already connected, here's my page.
I had the wonderful opportunity of representing both sides of the transactions since it was my seller buying. It can be a real eye opener to see what a seller will give or, in this case, not give but expect all the more when buying.
