Why Can't We All Get Along, Be Professionals and Do Our Job?
   Why can't we all get along, be professionals and do our job?  In a typical real estate transaction there are no less than 13 people involved.  Those people include the seller, buyer, seller's Realtor, buyers Realtor, mortgage person, lender, underwriter for lender, appraisor, appraisal management co, home inspecter, pest inspecter, title company, closing atty.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that we all work together toward the common goal...get the transation closed.  The key to success is for EVERYONE to do their job.  If just one person fails to do their part, it causes the whole transaction to stop.
   Sure we all feel like we are jumping through hoops sometimes, but that is part of the business in today's world.  We need to learn to leave our bad attitudes and personal vendettas at home.  We may not agree with what is being asked of us...but usually there is a good reason for the request. 
   Call me crazy, but when I know others are depending on me, it makes me want to do the very best job that I can.
