So as you watch the video I have many questions. Obviously the snakes come and go. So during the listing period they could have been gone. The first owners just left and went bankrupt. The second family in the video did the same. What could be done in this case to protect the consumer? Is this a material defect? Who should be held accountable? Wow, all I can say is WOW!  It seems to me that the Fed may be taking the right action here.  I have now read 2 different articles about the possibility of the interest rates falling to an all time low of 4.5%

With the high level of inventory and downward pressure on prices, this will really push us in the right direction.  In some areas we are already seeing mulitple offers on properties, Banks accepting offers, and well inventory moving.  All good signs of things to come.
