The most recent Federal Index report, for data through September 30th 2007, showed homes in the metro Atlanta area had appreciated 2.61% in the previous 12 month period, and did you know that homes in Georgia on average appreciated 3.54%. The national average was 1.79%. Metro Atlanta and Georgia continue to be a strong housing market.

Have to ask and be honest .
Q.1 Has any one farmed and apartment complex ?
Q.2 How long did you farm the apartment complex?
Q.3 What was your cost per item and what was it ?
Q.4 What was the results... for the number people items sent to leads to closings.. for the non number people
good -fair - poor ... never do it again.
Q.5 If you had great success what made it work and why
I have seen agent after agent go this way with very limited to no results ...so urban ledges or marketing tool ..
