After you've completed all the necessary staging of the home, you might want to look outside, at a few accessories or details that will help.
The house number-it should be large and in an easy to see location. You don't want people guessing if they are at the right house.

What a perfect day it was today! Sun was shining and it was about 78 degrees with no humidity. Stunning! 
It is hard to think about freezing weather right around the corner, but it will come. I took advantage of the day and took a few photos from my Mom’s house in LaGrange. We don’t see the sharp color changes of the leaves, but these photos will show a hint of the Fall season upon us. I hope you enjoy!

Here are a few tips that might help you when you finish your staging and want to take photos for your advertising…
When you take your photos you want to use as wide angle lense as you can. It will enable you to get more of the room in the photo at one time. But remember that you also want to take photos of the details that need to be shown. It might be the crown molding in the living room, the banister on the stairs and those extras in the kitchen cabinets.

Bathrooms are important rooms to enhance when you are staging a home to sell. Along with the kitchen and master bath, they are the most important rooms to give those extra touches.
If your bathroom has colored counters and fixtures, you might want to work at de-emphasizing those with more neutral colors. If your bathroom fixtures are blue, you might want to accent with soft greys, brown or silver. Adding a shiny shower curtain brings in the image of the spa. Add some grey or silver towels to enhance the look.

My Winter Home in Atlanta
I have spent the summer enjoying the warmth while getting my moisture from the rain. I would wiggle and stretch when I would see the sun and dance with joy until the sun went down. Then I would settle in for the night to wake up the next day and do it all over again. I love the summer and the fresh air I get while sitting on the patio.

I just found this post and it is wonderful. Read it carefully and follow the steps closely. It will make your photos so much better. I know I have been guilty of taking the living room photo while the tv was on. Not my most cherished photo but the seller was rushing me. I knew better but won't do it again.
