As the primary season approaches I am looking for honest people with new solutions to old problems; however, not primarily government solutions.  I do not mind tough choices and sacrifice; however, raising taxes is not the tough choice I am after.  Cutting services I can live with, even some of mine.
What I want for loss of "Government Services" is a vibrant and dynamic economy that rewards hard work.  I want a country that I can support my family in.  I want a country with as much Freedom as possible.

Living in Discovery Bay - Discovery Bay Parks - Slifer Park
Slifer Park is located in the western portion and the newer sections of Discovery Bay.  It is not in the The Lakes, but just south of the Lakes of Point of Timber, next to Point of Timber Elementary School.
This is a very nice park with plenty of open space at Slifer Park.  Frequently you will find baseball and soccer teams practicing.  There are play structures and picnic areas.  There is also basket ball courts.

So your real estate agent has called you and says your bid is just one of many that the listing agent has received on the Southfield foreclosure.  He says you need to give your highest and best offer.
"Highest offer" means highest price.  But highest price doesn't always win.
"Best offer" comes into play now.  "Best offer" means the easiest type of offer to close.  "Best offer" means the least number of possible obstacles.  So I am going to list the "best offers" in order.

Living in Brentwood - Brentwood Parks - Garin Ranch Park. - 04/04/10 11:34 AM
Garin Ranch Park
Garin Ranch Park is located in Garin Ranch on Lawerence.  Basically it is on the backside of Edna Hills Middle School and Garin Ranch Elementary School.  The two schools share some common open space that adjoins the park.
The local Pony Baseball League uses the combined open space for t-ball and coach pitch baseball for the little kids.  The park nearby has some great play structures for the other kids to play on.  It all so has a huge green belt that I often see soccer teams on and kids use for a number of purposes.

Those of you who follow my blog know that I like Football, and I really like NFL Football.  But when I cannot get the NFL I love to watch Arena Football.  It is a great off season fix.

The federal homebuyer tax credit is about to expire in 30 days. The homebuyer needs to be under contract to purchase a home by April 30, 2010 and to close the escrow by June 30, 2010. At this time there are no discussions of the tax credit being extended a third time. The first provision was set to expire November 2009 before the government approved the extension. Even the writers of the tax bill made statements about the likely hood of a third extension as extremely unlikely.
