I received notification from the California Department of Real Estate and California Association of Realtors yesterday that the Bill of Rights has now been signed into law by Governor Brown.
This is very important subject matter for those homeowners that are struggling with their mortgage payments, or perhaps may see some potential mortgage issues coming up in the near future.
