thermal: Saving Money is for the Birds!!! - 04/22/10 01:40 PM
Saving Money is for the Birds!!! Home heating bills are crazy! Propane went up 50 cents in a month (in between my own fill-ups) and the costs will probably continue until warmer weather arrives.  It's supply and demand and it's happening everywhere.  Now is the time to pull harder on the end of your belt, don't buy the soda, or the candy, or popcorn, or anything else you buy over and above what you need so you can pay those high heating bills!  That's right, begin suffering so you can line other's pockets with your hard-earned cash!

thermal: Thermal Home Inspection - 01/25/10 08:17 PM
Thermal infrared inspections can pave the way to a healthier home. Lancaster Thermal home inspection clients have recently received their thermal imaging report containing numerous infrared digital images pin pointing their heat loss.  Scranton thermal inspection clients are really able to take advantage of their reports and save money. thermal: Heat energy seen in water during thermal scan - 12/20/09 11:59 AM
This was crazy! I witnessed the hot tub water being heated.  This was pretty neat and proves how crucial thermal scans are when making a home more green. Saving money by insulating the needy areas in our homes makes a hugh difference.  I scanned my own home the other evening and found my weather seals at my exterior doors were needing some help.  I bought new weather strips and rechecked using the thermal camera; significant difference.  I didn't feel lthe draft coming from the garage door because the draft was repaired..for $1.95

thermal: Winter weather - 10/11/09 03:03 PM
Is your home properly insulated and ready for winter?  Will your roof suffer from roof dams and subsequent water damage?  Thermal inspections is the key to non-invasive inspections of critical areas maybe needing insulation.  A complete thermal inspection of your home will cost between $375 and $500; a small price compared to the huge energy bills that can occur from not having a properly insulated home.  I thermal imaged our travel trailer and here's our story why.

Hi everyone in NE PA!  We are soon relocating to Montrose, PA and we're looking forward to it!  Life in CA has been really good, the weather exceptional, the ocean "right on!" but after 26 years in the military and over a year doing business in CA we're too far from family.  We're coming home, as sung by Daughtry says it all.  We're bring our business with us and aspire to offer Susquehanna and surrounding counties the best inspection service ever!  We're bringing with us our thermal imaging capability.  Soon the cold weather will be knocking at the door, the windows, … (0 comments)
