scottsdale az: Why do Realtors have Fanpages?

Unless you want to spend a lot of time building a fan page, an audience, and inviting friends it can be a huge amount of time. You can hire a company to do all these things. Do you want to spend $500 a month for a year to possible get one client? How often do you seriously get clients from a fanpage?
I would be willing to bet that most Realtors do not get business from their fan pages unless they put 10 hours a week building it. Instead my personal feeling is to build your personal … (2 comments)

She said the number one thing to look at when choosing your Realtor is find a Realtor that listens and communicates well. Gloria spent the time getting to know me and what her clients want. One of my clients called me this morning crying. She said Monday was a very bad day for her. She said her husband committed suicide on Monday. They have 7 children. He was a good man; he made a great living up until two years ago. With the market crashing, he lost his job and ability to provide for his family to the same extent. I am so happy that my clients stick around with me. You can constantly shop your insurance policies but ultimately what is it worth knowing that your agent will be there for you to answer a call at 2am? When you were just rear ended? When you just caused a four car pile up? I see so many people shop for a rate that is better. For 8 years now, i have been placing business cards in the credit card reader at the gas pump. I feel that the next person has to remove my card to put the credit or debit card in. One side of my business card is all business the other side is all party. In 8 years, i have created a relationship with a lender that sent me a piece of business. Ok, lets talk about guns. I live in AZ an open carry state. Do you realize that every prison is full. They let people out daily because of overcrowding. 25% of our population has a mental illness. In Az we have tent city because the jails are too crowded. Its also a great way to deter people from stupid activities. Drive drunk- get a week in tent city!
