I recently had someone request a showing on a home that is occupied by a family with school aged children. The buyers wanted to come at 7:30 pm, which at this time of the year is full darkness. Now, the sellers are very motivated, so they were willing to pack up the kids and the family dog and drive around for a while, even though it was a school night and an inconvenience, but this got me thinking - is it really effective to show a home in the dark?
