Advice. Which advice do you use? Seems to me that everywhere I go, everywhere I mention what I do for a living, and everyone I meet asks "So, how is business?" The proverbial answer I use is that I am staying busy and since I'm still in business I'm surviving. Not sure if that is the correct answer, but most people immediately understand.
I know that answer doesn't sound as good as "I'm never too busy for my friends and family." I probably shouldn't quote that as it may be trademarked by Brian Buffini, but it's worth repeating. That phrase spells … (7 comments)

New Contruction vs. Resale Construction and the Inspection. It happened again today! My clients, that I have in escrow as a listing, are downsizing and purchased a townhome. A very nice townhome in an exclusive area of Scottsdale.
