It was one year ago today that Amanda and I decided to join Century 21 Bradley here in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Boy what a difference it has made!
We came from a small and virtually unknown company to the #3 selling Century 21 office in the country.  At first we didn't think it was going to be THAT much different.  We were wrong.  :)

Right now, the Fort Wayne real estate market is on fire!  Homes are selling quickly.  Inventory is low.  Buyers are still getting good interest rates and they are still out there buying.  It's great!
That said, price is still key when selling your Fort Wayne home.
Just because inventory is low and homes are flying off the shelves doesn't mean that you can get away with over pricing your home.  
We met with a seller last week that insisted on listing his home for 125% of market value.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.  I know.  A Realtor telling you that NOW is the perfect time to list is like a car salesman telling you that it's the right time to buy a car, or a matress salesman telling you to "spring" on in because "this offer won't last!"  I get it.
