cash flow: Investment Property - Denver, Colorado! Projected $309/month cash flow! - 11/19/10 08:06 AM
One thing I have become good at over my 25 years in the real estate business, is spotting these great investment property deals! Buying these income properties are addicting, I should know I own over 20 myself! I obviously cannot qualify for financing, so I wanted to pass this along to anyone interested! A Great property for remote investors! I know it's hard to imagine buying outside of your own state, however I own over 20, and only 1 is in my same state, and I want to get rid of it! Properties make more sense elseware!

cash flow: The great real estate (non)conspiracy! - 09/30/09 08:16 AM
Have you read anything recently about the startling real estate conspiracy whispered about among the shadowy figures behind the Illuminati? Don't tell us you haven't heard of the Illuminati - that super-rich organization comprised mostly of international bankers, their sole reason for existence being to control the mainstream media, workforce, education system, companies, banks, energy supplies and, of course, federal governments.

Behind many good conspiracy theories stands the Illuminati. Stores of their stock market meddling are told loudly and often. But you rarely hear stories of how they've pulled strings on the real estate market to further their own twisted … (2 comments)

cash flow: Why the Dallas Market is a Smart Place to Invest - Even for Remote Investors! - 09/24/09 04:51 AM
The Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) area is practically begging you to come make money as an income property investor. Well, not in so many words but let's take a look at the numbers. Cash flow heaven awaits for those willing to yank the useless equity out of their home and plow it into Big D.

Dallas is the 8th largest city in the United States and Fort Worth is the 20th. By 2025, the metro area population is expected to top 7.7 million. Much of the influx is due to companies relocating to take advantage of the great business climate. We're … (0 comments)

cash flow: Two little properties safer than one big one? - 07/28/09 05:09 AM
One of the most frequent questions I get is why I recommend clients initially purchase one or two single family residential units in different geographical areas than a 10 or 20 unit apartment building located (obviously) in one spot.
This is a perfect example of what I mean by diversifying your portfolio and it is VERY important in the beginning of your income property investing career. On a recent edition of The Creating Wealth Show, I recounted an experience from the early days of Platinum Properties Investor NetworkTM.  South Carolina had been targeted by us as a great area for income property purchases. We don't … (0 comments)

Can you believe I just said that out loud? One thing we will always do at Platinum Properties Investor Network is tell you the truth about income property investing. Actually, we'll always tell you the truth about anything we say but the topic du jour is "Today is not the best time ever to invest in real estate!"1972 was much better. You would have made more money then.
However, you might also notice we didn't say you shouldn't invest in real estate today. It's still, hands down, the best opportunity to for you to create wealth. It might not be 1972 but … (2 comments)

cash flow: Is the US government the worst credit risk of all? - 05/29/09 12:16 PM
We wouldn't go so far as to say the US government is the worst credit risk on the planet. The world is a big place and there are a lot of truly screwy things going on hither and yon. But if you do stop and think for a moment - step back and look at the thing from a banker's perspective - what do the numbers say?
Most of us human beings have our creditworthiness determined by our personal balance sheet, how much is in the plus column and how much in the minus. Add up the assets and subtract the … (3 comments)

While running my successful real estate and media businesses, I (Jason Hartman) believe that giving back to the community plays an important role in building strong personal relationships. In addition to my real estate investing company (Platinum Properties Investor Network - www.JasonHartman.com), I established The Jason Hartman Foundation in 2005 with $200,000 of my own money to provide financial literacy education to young adults so they can utilize the all important real world skills not taught in school which are the key to the financial stability and success of future generations. We’re in a global monetary crisis caused by decades of misguided policies and the cycle of financial dependence has to be broken, literacy and self-reliance are a good start. I am here to help!
