Is This a Quiet Neighborhood?
 
I often get asked by buyers if the neighborhood is a quiet one. It's a good lifestyle question.
 
Sometimes the question comes through another agent with a buyer interested in one of my listings. It happened with a recent condo listed in an urban area. The agent wanted to know, from the buyer presumably, if the “condo was quiet enough for an older buyer.”
 
The question was irrelevant since the condo had been pending for a week with multiple offers, but it wasn’t a question I could answer to begin with, nor would I try.
