So, What is a Condo, exactly?
"Condo" is short for Condominium Property Regime or CPR as it is often used in Real Estate parlance and it refers to the specific form of ownership and governing process created when real property becomes a condominium. This Heirloom Hibiscus is found at the Queen Kapiolani Botanical Garden in Honolulu. It is a remarkable blossom in both its dinner plate size and beautiful variegated pink color. However, I would never pick a blossom like this to place on my dinner table because of it's scale, and the color would overwhelm the dinning aesthetic.
