pacific gas electric: Retrofit Required on California Properties!

In the city of Alameda, we have a new point of sale! Not only does a seller have to test their sewer line on homes 25 years or older, if it fails must be replaced, the seller now is required to install a gas service shutoff valve prior to close of escrow. There are some other cities in California that require this retrofit too. Soon, it will be a requirement for all California properties.
