Mouse is our new kitten who thinks my computer is her warming pad.\ Our neighbor a couple properties from our ranch called us one day to ask if we could use another cat. We already have three and one is in her late, late teens.
Our neighbor's Fallow-Deer she raises was trying to rut the kitten out of a brush pile. She said please take this kitten before my deer kill it, and of course we said yes.
Mouse was very sick with "Feline Chlamydia" which is highly contagious to other cats. Oh joy! After several treatments of antibiotic she was cured along with our other … (18 comments)

As a Texas licensed real estate agent/broker I have sold two of our personal residences and several land properties over the years and never thought to ask myself, “should I provide a BPO or CMA while buying or selling a property. Yes I often do a quick CMA to see if the property I am selling or buying will appraise but never fully execute one in case I should have to provide it to another party.

Zilker Botanical Garden Center started in October 1954, when seven Austin Garden Clubs petitioned the City of Austin, requesting permission to erect a Garden Center on city property in Zilker Park.
The City Council granted such permission on November 15, 1962, allocating space in Zilker Park. Austin city retains ownership of the land but agrees to furnish utilities, grounds maintenance and building repairs to the Garden Center.

Happy Not To Be Working Today We have been blessed for the past couple of days with no clouds and blue sky's with temperatures in the mid 60's and today mid 70's. Thought I would share my babies with my AR peeps and followers The first photo was taken on Thursday 28th, 2016 day before these six month old girls went in for their surgery.
