Not long ago, I was interviewed by a couple interested in buying their first home. We emailed back and forth a bit, then agreed to meet at a local bagel shop.
He warned me that he had several questions already prepared. So of course, I asked him if he'd give me a heads up and he disclosed them to me the night before our meeting.
I was at a loss what some of the questions were getting at, and it turned out that he had gotten the list of questions online, from a source he wasn't familiar with.
